The AirTAC GC20008F2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator mounted as one set, so a single connection conditions compressed air for water, particulate, pressure and oil mist. This GC200 unit is built for G1/4 (1/4 in) ports and keeps the standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. The W in the code selects the 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, the differential-pressure drain bleeds the filter bowl automatically as pressure drops across the element, the embedded square gauge reads in psi, and a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-08 filter, GR200-08 regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to impact wrenches, air ratchets and clamping fixtures at assembly stations, with the 5 um element protecting close-tolerance tools.
Conditions the air supply for pick-and-place and case-sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the reverse/check valve holding cylinder position during supply dips.
Supplies clean, regulated, oil-misted air to tool-change clamps and chip-clearing actuators on a machining centre, with the psi gauge read at the machine.
Size and port set the air capacity: this GC200 steps up to GC300, GC400 and GC600 with larger ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand. Drain choice is differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic or manual; note that the manual-drain version widens the regulator adjustment range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um as fitted here for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders. The square gauge can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is G (BSPP) on this unit, with PT as the standard and NPT available to order; a mounting bracket is included and a reverse/check valve is fitted. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-08 regulator with a GF200-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this unit before you order.
The W in the code selects the 5 um filter element in place of the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or tools need finer protection; both grades share the same bowl and the same differential-pressure drain.
