The AirTAC GC300-08 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC300-08 is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one air-treatment set. This configuration is size 300 with a G1/4 (BSPP) port, a 40 um filter element, and a manual drain on the filter bowl, so condensate is removed by operator action rather than automatically. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a round pressure gauge on a psi scale is fitted so the set downstream pressure can be read directly. The filter and regulator bowls are polycarbonate (PC) on this size. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC combination is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching port sizes, and options include automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds spray guns on a paint line with water- and particle-free air, a set regulated pressure, and a fine oil mist to keep gun air motors and trigger valves running smoothly through a shift.
Supplies the pneumatic clamps, tool-changer cylinders and air-powered fixtures on a CNC cell, where the regulator holds a stable set pressure and the lubricator protects the valve and cylinder seals.
Conditions the air feeding carton sealers, case erectors and conveyor stop cylinders, removing line condensate at the manual drain and keeping the machine's air valves lubricated during long production runs.
Start with the size and port: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in both port size and flow capacity, so match the size to the air consumption of the machines downstream - the published flow curves, not a single rating, are the reference, and we will confirm sizing against your application on request. Then choose the drain: manual (this model, lowest upkeep cost but needs operator attention), automatic, or differential-pressure. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W if finer filtration is needed. The gauge is offered embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this model is G-threaded. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and required air consumption and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet flow figures for the GC300-08 on request before you order.
The M in the code GC30008MC2G means the filter bowl drain is manual: condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl and an operator opens the drain to remove it. If you prefer the bowl to discharge on its own, the same GC300 combination is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank) - just ask us for that variant.
