The AirTAC GC300-08 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300-08 is an AirTAC three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set for compressed-air preparation. This 300-size unit is configured with a 1/4 in G-thread port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a low-pressure type regulator, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The polycarbonate bowls let you see condensate and oil level at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge styles and scales, and thread options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds clean, regulated, lubricated air to the cylinders and actuators on a cartoning or wrapping line, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valve seats from particulate and the lubricator misting the cylinder seals.
Supplies the air cylinders that divert, stop and index product on conveyor systems, keeping water and debris out of the control valves while the regulator holds a steady setting for consistent stroke behavior.
Prepares the air feeding clamps and workholding fixtures on a machining cell, where the check valve helps hold the downstream circuit and the psi gauge gives the operator a direct pressure readout at the set.
Size up by port and flow: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port size and capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than the pipe alone. This unit carries the 5 um element; the 40 um standard grade is available if finer filtration is not required. The differential-pressure drain is the default; automatic or manual drains can be specified instead. The embedded square gauge here reads in psi, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge as alternatives. Thread is G here; PT is the standard and G/NPT are order options.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The low-pressure regulator's range is not published on this sheet; we will confirm it on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can quote honestly. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures on request before you order.
The W in the code GC30008LF2WGK selects the 5 um element, the finer of the two published grades, which suits circuits with sensitive valves or instruments. The 40 um grade is the standard option if coarser protection is enough. Note this is a low-pressure type regulator and its exact adjustment range is not published on our sheet; we will confirm it on request.
