The AirTAC GC300-08 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one unit, so one connection treats the whole air supply downstream. This GC300-08 is built for 1/4 in ports with G (BSPP) thread, carries a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, and uses a manual drain on the filter bowl. The standard-type regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a round gauge reading in psi is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is included. The polycarbonate bowls suit the -5 to 70 C non-freezing operating range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Clean, regulated and lubricated air for the clamps, tool-changer cylinders and air blow-off points on a CNC machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting fine control valves from particulate carryover.
Conditioned air for carton-sealing and case-packing machines, where the regulator holds a steady setting for the sealing cylinders and the lubricator mists the pneumatic actuators running shift after shift.
A single treatment point feeding impact wrenches, air ratchets and fixture clamps at a bench assembly station, keeping water and scale out of the tools while the check valve holds the downstream setting if supply pressure dips.
Size 300 with 1/4 in G-thread ports sits mid-range in the GC line; step down to 200 or up to 400/600 as your air demand changes - we confirm sizing against the published flow curves on request. The 5 um element (code W) suits air that needs finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade; the manual drain needs periodic operation rather than automatic discharge, so pick the automatic or differential-pressure drain variant if the unit is hard to reach. The fitted round gauge reads psi; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options, and the mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet against your demand before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain on the filter bowl: someone opens it periodically to discharge collected water. If the unit sits where it cannot be serviced easily, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain variants discharge on their own - same filter, same regulation, different drain.
