The AirTAC GC300-08 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, PT1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300-08 is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator built up as one size-300 unit on a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port. The filter element is the 5 um grade (code W) with a differential-pressure drain and a polycarbonate bowl; the standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) and carries an embedded square gauge scaled in psi; a reverse/check valve is fitted and the mounting bracket is included. Together the three stages remove water and particulate, hold a set downstream pressure and add oil mist for downstream air tools and cylinders.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC combination is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with different drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread (PT standard, G or NPT as options) and with or without a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning the shop-air feed to a CNC machining centre: the 5 um filter and regulator protect the machine's air-operated components, and the lubricator feeds mist to air-powered tooling on the same line.
Serving a paint-booth air drop where clean, regulated, lubricated air feeds pneumatic spray and air-moving equipment; the 5 um grade supports cleaner air at the point of use.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and air actuators on a carton packaging conveyor, where the regulator holds a stable setting for consistent cylinder action and the lubricator extends actuator life.
Start with the size and port: size 300 with a PT1/4 port suits lines plumbed at 1/4 in, and larger sizes (400, 600) step up in port and flow capacity. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic for unattended drains, or manual where supervised draining is preferred. Pick the filter grade for the downstream equipment: 40 um is the standard general-purpose element, while the 5 um grade fitted here suits finer applications. Set the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and decide whether the embedded square gauge is enough or an external round gauge is wanted. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT available as order options; a bracket is included here. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W in the code GC30008F2WK selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard grade, for finer filtration of water and particulate. The K selects a built-in reverse/check valve, which holds the downstream set pressure if the upstream supply is lost. Both are order-time choices; the 40 um grade and a unit without the check valve are also available.
