The AirTAC GC300-10 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300-10 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This configuration is sized 300 with a PT3/8 (3/8 in) port and PT thread. The filter element is the fine 5 um grade (the 40 um element is the standard option), the bowl drains automatically, and the set carries a round pressure gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The filter bowl on this 300 size is PC (polycarbonate); only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, manual or differential-pressure drains as alternatives to the automatic drain fitted here, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale choices of MPa, psi or bar, and the reverse/check valve as an option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order. No stock or delivery promise is made here.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed at a factory air drop to clean, regulate and lubricate the compressed air feeding downstream tools and actuators, with the 5 um element catching fine particulate and the automatic drain removing accumulated condensate without operator attention.
Mounted on the air preparation drop feeding conveyor and packaging-machine cylinders, where the regulator holds a stable working pressure, the lubricator carries oil mist to the valve and cylinder seals, and the check valve holds downstream pressure if the supply dips.
Used on the supply to pneumatic clamping and workholding circuits on machine tools, where the psi round gauge lets the operator set and verify clamping pressure and the fine 5 um filtration protects precision valves from contamination.
Start with size and port: the GC series steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, each with its own port range (06 to 25, i.e. 1/8 in to 1 in), so pick the step that matches your line's flow demand and existing piping - this unit is the 300 size at PT3/8. Then choose the drain: automatic (fitted here), manual, or the differential-pressure default; automatic suits unattended installations, manual suits periodic maintenance rounds. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard for general protection, 5 um (code W, fitted here) for finer particulate control. Select the gauge and its scale - MPa, psi or bar - and decide whether the reverse/check valve is needed. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a mounting bracket is included.
One honest routing note: flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure. Ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration carries code A, the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate without manual attention. The GC family also offers a manual drain (code M) and a differential-pressure drain as the default. Note that the regulator adjustment range depends on the drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for automatic and differential-pressure drains, and 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for the manual drain.
