The AirTAC GC300-10 AirTAC F.R.L. Unit, G3/8, 5 um, Auto Drain is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC300-10 is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a filter, a regulator and a lubricator built as one air-preparation set for compressed-air lines. This configuration takes G3/8 (BSPP) ports, carries the 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), drains its polycarbonate filter bowl automatically, and is the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge reading in psi is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, 40 um standard or 5 um optional filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to spray-booth and finishing-line tooling, where the 5 um element helps keep water and particulate out of the air reaching the finished surface.
Conditioning the shop-air feed to a machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change circuits, with the regulator set to the pressure the machine builder specifies and the gauge reading in psi.
Supplying prepared air to the cylinders and air-driven grippers on a packaging or palletising conveyor, with the lubricator putting oil mist into the line for downstream air tools.
Every choice in this series is decodable from the code. Step up or down in size (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the duty your line needs; pick the drain style - automatic on this unit, or manual or differential-pressure elsewhere in the range; choose 40 um standard filtration or the 5 um W grade fitted here; select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar); and order PT, G or NPT thread. Brackets and an external round gauge are available options. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this unit on request.
The L code marks the low-pressure regulator type. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published on the catalogue sheet we work from, so tell us your set pressure and we will confirm suitability on request. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
