The AirTAC GC30008C2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, 1/4 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC30008C2W is an AirTAC GC three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one 300-size set on a 1/4 in PT port. This configuration carries the W filter element, so the filter stage removes water and particulate down to 5 um instead of the standard 40 um, and the differential-pressure drain bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), read on the fitted external round gauge with a psi scale. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the polycarbonate bowls suit -5 to 70 C non-freezing service, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC combination is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge or no gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the tool-clamp and pallet-change circuits on a machining centre, where the 5 um element protects close-tolerance valves from fine particulate and the lubricator keeps actuator seals working.
Supplies a spray booth or finishing line with clean, pressure-stable, oil-misted air, so atomising air stays at a set pressure and the 5 um grade limits water carry-over that would spoil finish quality.
Runs the cylinders and air grippers on a packaging or conveyor line from one conditioned supply point, with the regulator holding a steady working pressure as multiple stations cycle and the differential drain clearing condensate during production.
Start with the port step: the 300 size on this unit is 1/4 in PT, and larger sizes (400, 600) move up to 3/8 in, 1/2 in and beyond, so match the size to the air demand of the line rather than only the existing thread. Choose the drain type deliberately: differential-pressure (fitted here) drains only while air flows, automatic drains on a timer-free cycle, and manual requires an operator to open the bowl. Filter grade is a real choice: 40 um is the standard element, while the W code on this model selects 5 um for finer protection of downstream tools. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) are also decodable options.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet against your requirement before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not state a flow figure. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet flow curve for the GC300 before you order.
The W in the model code selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard grade. The finer grade removes smaller water droplets and particulate, which suits paint spraying, instrumentation and other sensitive downstream equipment; the standard 40 um grade remains available on other GC300 codes if coarser protection is sufficient.
