The AirTAC GC30008MLC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC30008MLC2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This size 300 unit is threaded PT1/4 (1/4 in) and carries a manual-drain filter bowl with the standard 40 um filter element, PC (polycarbonate) bowls, a low-pressure regulator fitted with a round gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse (check) valve. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter element option (code W), and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds clean, regulated and lubricated air to pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a CNC machining cell, with the manual-drain filter catching water before it reaches the valve spools.
Conditions the air feeding pick-and-place cylinders and diverters on a cartoning or packaging conveyor line, holding a set downstream pressure from the regulator.
Installed at a point-of-use drop in a plant to filter, regulate and oil-mist lubricate the supply to air tools and small actuators, with the check valve holding the circuit against backflow.
Size and port step up through 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in; pick the step whose published flow curve covers your demand at working pressure - we will confirm the curve against your application before you order. Drain type is a real choice on the filter: this code has a manual drain (code M), while automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the family. Filter grade is 40 um standard; 5 um is the W option. The gauge here is a round external gauge scaled in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code sets a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate is released by operating the drain by hand as part of routine checks. The GC family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains if you would rather not rely on manual draining.
