The AirTAC GC30010C2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC30010C2K is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one unit. It cleans compressed air by removing water and particulate down to 40 um, holds downstream pressure steady within the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and adds oil mist to extend the life of downstream pneumatic tools and cylinders. This configuration is sized for a PT3/8 (3/8 in) port, uses the differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, carries a round gauge reading in psi, includes a reverse/check valve, and comes with a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowls on the 300 size are PC (polycarbonate).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), different gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and with or without the reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding spray guns on a finishing line: the filter stage strips water and chips from the shop-air drop, the regulator holds a steady gun pressure, and the lubricator conditions the air path downstream of the unit.
Supplying pneumatic clamps and workholding actuators on a machining centre, where the three-stage unit keeps the clamp circuit clean, holds set pressure between cycles and lubricates the actuated circuit.
Air preparation for the pusher and stopper cylinders along a bottling or packaging conveyor, where the F.R.L. set conditions the branch line feeding a row of small actuators.
Choose the GC size by the port and flow step your line needs: 200 for 1/8-1/4 in ports, 300 for 3/8-1/2 in, 400 for 1/2-3/4 in, and 600 for 1 in. On this unit the drain is differential-pressure (the default), which bleeds the bowl automatically as pressure drops; automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drains can be ordered instead. The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for the 5 um grade if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The gauge here is round with a psi scale; MPa or bar scales and the embedded square gauge are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and a bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for these units as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number on the page. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The C2 in the code specifies the optional external round gauge with a psi scale; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and MPa or bar scales can be ordered. The gauge code only affects the reading scale, not the function of the regulator.
