The AirTAC GC30010F2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC30010F2WGK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This size 300 configuration carries a G3/8 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element for finer removal of water and particulate than the 40 um standard, a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and a reverse/check valve fitted after the regulator to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy bowls. A mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching port sizes, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the tool-changer clamps, pallet fixtures and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting fine-control valves from particulate and the check valve holding settings through brief supply dips.
Installed at the drop to a spray-booth area to remove water and particles ahead of the regulator, deliver a stable set pressure to the atomising-air circuit, and add oil mist for the air motors and cylinders running the booth doors and masking fixtures.
Supplies the diverters, pushers and carton-closing cylinders on a packaging conveyor with clean, regulated, lubricated air, keeping the differential-pressure drain handling condensate from the compressor line during continuous shifts.
Start with the size and port: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the step to the air demand of the circuit rather than the pipe alone. This unit is size 300 with a G3/8 port; PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are catalogue options to order. Choose the filter grade: 40 um is the standard element, 5 um (code W, fitted here) suits finer protection of valves, cylinders and instruments. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (default, as fitted), automatic for unattended condensate removal, or manual where periodic draining is preferred. Pick the gauge scale - MPa, psi or bar - and note the embedded square gauge is standard with an external round gauge optional. A mounting bracket is included on this configuration. Because flow for the GC series is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W in the code GC30010F2WGK selects the optional 5 um element, which removes finer water and particulate than the 40 um standard and suits downstream valves, cylinders and instruments that need cleaner air. The 40 um grade is available as the default element on GC units if coarser, higher-dirt-holding filtration is preferred.
