The AirTAC GC30010MLF2K AirTAC Three-Unit F.R.L. 3/8in PT is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC30010MLF2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator assembled as one supply package. This 300-size unit is ported PT3/8 (3/8 in, PT thread standard, with G and NPT available as order options). The filter stage carries the standard 40 um element with a manual drain, the regulator is the low-pressure type fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve is fitted. Mounting bracket included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with choices of port size, thread (PT, G or NPT), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds the directional-valve bank of a cartoning or wrapping line with filtered, regulated and lubricated air, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit if supply dips.
Serves a bench drop on an automotive assembly line where air impact wrenches and nutrunners need water and particulate removed, pressure held steady, and oil mist carried to the tool.
Supplies the stopper gates and drive cylinders along a conveyor system, keeping moisture out of the cylinders, pressure set for consistent gate action, and lubrication to the seals.
Choose the GC size and port step against the air consumption of the machine or line it feeds: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this 300 size is ported PT3/8. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Decodable choices on this configuration: manual drain (simplest service, suited to attended maintenance rounds; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available elsewhere in the family), 40 um standard filtration (5 um with code W), low-pressure regulator type, square gauge scaled in psi (MPa and bar scales exist), PT thread standard with G and NPT as order options, reverse/check valve fitted, and bracket included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure and the air consumption of the equipment you want to feed, and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, for circuits that run below the standard regulator's range; the exact adjustment window for the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet, so we confirm it on request. The F2 code gives the embedded square gauge scaled in psi (MPa and bar scales are available), and the manual drain means the filter bowl is emptied by hand during maintenance.
