The AirTAC GC30015AC2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one complete air-preparation set. This GC30015AC2WK is the size 300 unit with 1/2 in PT ports. The filter element is the fine 5 um grade (code W) and the bowl drains automatically, so collected condensate is expelled without manual attention. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) and this configuration is fitted with the external round gauge scaled in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the mounting bracket is included. The filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC); only size 600 units use aluminium alloy bowls.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds the tool-clamp, chuck and chip-clearing cylinders on a CNC machining centre: the 5 um element protects fine valves from particulate, the regulator holds a steady set pressure and the lubricator mists oil to the actuator seals.
Prepares air for the pick-and-place and carton-forming cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, where the automatic drain copes with condensate during continuous shifts and the check valve holds the set pressure through brief supply dips.
Conditions air at the drop points feeding paint-shop tooling and air-assisted equipment, with the 5 um grade and automatic drain helping keep water and carryover out of the line before the point of use.
Choose the GC size by the port step your air line needs: size 300 with 1/2 in PT ports suits medium-flow main lines, while sizes 200, 400 and 600 step the port and flow capacity up or down. Decide the drain type where the filter sits: automatic drain (this unit) suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations, manual drain suits supervised points, and differential-pressure drain is the catalogue default. Pick the filter grade: 40 um is standard for general plant air, 5 um (W, this unit) for finer protection downstream. Select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and round versus embedded square gauge, and confirm the thread: PT is standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. A bracket is included with this set, and the reverse/check valve (code K) holds downstream pressure on supply loss. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain, so the filter bowl expels condensate on its own instead of relying on manual draining - useful where the set runs unattended. The W sets the 5 um filter grade instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders. Both are order-time choices on the GC series.
