The AirTAC GC30015C2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC30015C2G is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one compressed-air treatment set for 1/2 in (G1/2) lines. This configuration carries the standard 40 um filter element with a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, a standard-type regulator adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and a fitted round pressure gauge with a psi scale. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the filter bowl on this 300 size is PC (polycarbonate). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options such as a 5 um (W) filter element, automatic or manual drains, different gauge scales, and G or NPT threads instead of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Mounted at the drop point feeding a carton-forming and case-sealing conveyor section, the set filters water and debris from the shop air, holds a stable regulated pressure for the sealing cylinders, and carries oil mist to keep the actuators running shift after shift.
Installed on the drop from the ring main to a bench where impact drivers and air ratchets are used, the combination cleans the supply, sets the working pressure the tools are rated for, and lubricates the air so the tool motors last longer.
Fitted ahead of the pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a CNC or milling cell, the unit removes condensate and particles that would score valve spools, regulates the clamp pressure to the fixture specification, and mists the air feeding the cylinders.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) and port to match the pipe bore and the air demand of the downstream circuit; larger sizes carry larger ports and higher flow capacity. For this unit the choices are already set: 300 size on 1/2 in, 40 um filtration (select W for 5 um where finer particulate matters), differential-pressure drain (or automatic/manual as an option), a round psi gauge (MPa or bar scales are alternatives), and G thread - PT is the catalogue standard, with G and NPT as order options. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The C2 code on this model specifies a fitted external round gauge with a psi scale. The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting on GC units, and the round gauge is the optional alternative; MPa and bar scales are also available as gauge options if you prefer a different unit of measure.
