The AirTAC GC30015MLC2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC30015MLC2 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one treatment stack. This configuration is size 300 with PT1/2 ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual-drain bowl, a low-pressure type regulator, and a round pressure gauge with a psi scale. The polycarbonate bowls on the filter and lubricator suit general indoor compressed-air duty, the mounting bracket is included, and the manual drain is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge styles and scales, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Rated flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding clean, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic cylinders and actuators on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled changeovers.
Conditioning the air supply to conveyor gate and diverter cylinders on a distribution line, where the low-pressure regulator setting and psi gauge suit the plant's standard operating pressure.
A wall-mounted treatment point at a maintenance workshop air drop, filtering water and particles from the ring main, holding a set pressure, and oil-misting the tools connected downstream.
Start with the port size: this unit is size 300 with PT1/2 ports; step up to size 400 or 600 if the line needs a larger connection, or down to 200 for smaller ports. Choose the drain to match maintenance habits: manual (as here) is emptied by hand, automatic drains continuously, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify the W option for 5 um where finer particle removal matters. The regulator here is the low-pressure type; the standard type covers the usual 0.05-0.9 MPa range, and we will confirm the low-pressure adjustment range on request. Gauge scale is psi on this unit (MPa or bar are alternatives), and the thread is PT as standard with G and NPT available to order. Because flow for this series is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects a manual-drain bowl, which is emptied by hand during routine checks - a good fit where the unit is easily accessible and maintenance is scheduled. If you prefer, the same size 300 combination can be ordered with an automatic drain or the differential-pressure default drain instead.
