The AirTAC GC400-10 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400-10 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one supply package. This configuration is the size 400 unit with 3/8 in PT ports, an automatic drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a low-pressure type regulator, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. In use, the filter removes water and particulate from the compressed air, the regulator holds a steady low-range downstream pressure, and the lubricator carries a fine oil mist to downstream air tools and actuators.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching port sizes, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, gauge scale choices, G (BSPP) and NPT thread variants, and a reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated, lubricated air to a bench or floor-mounted pneumatic press, where the automatic drain keeps condensate off the bowl without daily attention and the low-pressure regulator suits circuits that run below standard line pressure.
Conditions the air feeding cylinder-driven diverters, pushers and clamp arms on a packaging conveyor line, with the oil-mist lubricator extending the life of the cylinders and the psi gauge giving operators a readable setpoint.
Installed at a workshop air drop serving impact wrenches, grinders and blow guns, combining water and particulate removal, low-range pressure regulation and in-line oiling in one bracket-mounted three-piece set.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports) against the air demand of the circuit; this unit is size 400 with 3/8 in PT ports. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (this unit, code A) drains the bowl without operator attention, while manual and differential-pressure drains are also available in the family. Filter grade is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar (this unit is square, psi), and thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. This is the low-pressure type regulator; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code GC40010ALF2K selects the automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the filter bowl without manual intervention, and F2 selects the embedded square gauge scaled in psi. Manual and differential-pressure drains, and MPa or bar gauge scales, are available as alternative order codes in the same family.
