The AirTAC GC400-10 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC400-10 is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set. This configuration is the size 400 unit with a PT3/8 (3/8 in) port, a 40 um filter element, a manual drain on the filter bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. The polycarbonate bowls let you see condensate and oil level at a glance, and the manual drain is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual draining, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, G or NPT thread options, and low-pressure variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds clean, regulated, lubricated air to the tool-changer and clamping circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the main supply dips.
Prepares air for the pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor line: water and particulate removed, pressure set at the regulator, and oil mist carried to the actuators.
Installed at the drop point of a paint-shop air ring, where the 40 um element and manual-drain bowl protect spray equipment and the lubricator conditions downstream air tools.
Start with the port and size: this GC400-10 steps up to a 3/8 in PT port in the size 400 frame, so match it to your line's pipe size and expected air demand - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain next: manual draining (as here) means an operator empties the bowl; automatic or differential-pressure draining suits points that are hard to reach. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W option for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. The gauge is supplied here as an external round gauge on a psi scale; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a number here - send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code GC40010MC2K selects a manual drain: the filter bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance. If the unit will be mounted where regular access is difficult, the same size is available with automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) draining - ask us for the alternative model code.
