About the GC400-15 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2

The AirTAC GC400-15 is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one unit. It removes water and particulate down to 40 um, regulates downstream pressure across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and meters oil mist to keep downstream air tools lubricated. This configuration has a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port with standard PT thread, a manual drain on the filter bowl, a fitted round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a polycarbonate bowl (size 600 units use aluminium alloy). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. A mounting bracket is included.

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-15 regulator with a GF400-15 filter on that branch.
