The AirTAC GC400-15 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC400-15 is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one unit. It removes water and particulate down to 40 um, regulates downstream pressure across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and meters oil mist to keep downstream air tools lubricated. This configuration has a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port with standard PT thread, a manual drain on the filter bowl, a fitted round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a polycarbonate bowl (size 600 units use aluminium alloy). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or differential-pressure drains, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-15 filter, GR400-15 regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Supplies impact wrenches and air ratchets on an assembly line with water- and particulate-filtered air at a set pressure, plus oil mist to keep the tools lubricated through a full shift.
Feeds carton sealers, case erectors and wrapping heads on a packaging line with clean, regulated, lubricated air so cylinders and actuators cycle consistently at the set pressure.
Serves milling and turning cells where pneumatic clamps, tool changers and workholding fixtures need moisture-removed air held at a stable, adjustable pressure.
Size 400 with a PT1/2 port suits lines plumbed at 1/2 in; step up or down a size if your flow demand or piping changes. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. This unit has a manual drain, which you open periodically to clear collected water; automatic and differential-pressure drain variants exist in the range if you prefer hands-off draining. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal matters. The fitted round gauge reads psi, with MPa and bar scales available as alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-15 regulator with a GF400-15 filter on that branch.
Flow for the GC400-15 is published in the AirTAC datasheet as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing data on request before you order.
This unit has a manual drain: open it periodically to release the water that collects in the filter bowl. If you prefer not to drain by hand, the GC range is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - ask us for the correct variant code.
