The AirTAC GC40010F2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/8 Port is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one conditioning unit. This configuration, the GC40010F2GK, is the size 400 body with a G3/8 (3/8 in) G-thread port. The filter stage removes water and particulate with the standard 40 um element and carries a differential-pressure drain, the regulator is the standard type adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the lubricator delivers oil mist downstream to air-operated components. A square gauge with a psi scale is fitted to the regulator, and a reverse/check valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, filter grades 40 um (standard) or 5 um (code W), drain choices, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to weld-clamp cylinders and robot grippers on an automotive cell, where clean dry air and consistent pressure keep clamp force repeatable through the shift.
Conditions the air feeding carton-forming and case-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the lubricator keeping valve spools and cylinder seals working over long production runs.
Installed at the drop for pneumatic vises, clamps and air guns on CNC machining centres, giving each station its own regulation point, water removal and oil mist for tool-change cylinders.
Size 400 with a 3/8 in port sits in the middle of the GC range; step up to 600 or down to 300/200 according to the flow your line needs - we will check the published flow curves against your consumption before you order. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration is required. The differential-pressure drain bleeds the bowl automatically as pressure drops across the element; automatic (A) or manual (M) drains are alternatives. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa or bar scales are available instead. The G (BSPP) thread is the order option here - PT is the standard thread and NPT is also available. A mounting bracket is included, and the reverse/check valve (K) holds downstream pressure if the supply fails.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The trailing G in GC40010F2GK specifies the G (BSPP) thread option; PT is the standard thread and NPT can be ordered instead. The K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted, holding downstream pressure if the supply line is lost. The F2 code is the fitted square gauge with a psi scale.
