The AirTAC GC40010LC2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC40010LC2 is an AirTAC GC three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one complete air-preparation set for compressed air. This 400-size unit has a PT3/8 (3/8 in) PT thread, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and an external round gauge with a psi scale is fitted so downstream pressure can be read at a glance. The bowls on the filter and lubricator are PC (polycarbonate), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, automatic or manual drain choices, a 5 um (code W) filter grade option, gauge scale choices and a reverse/check valve option on request. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to pneumatic clamps, vises and part-eject cylinders on a machining cell, with the psi gauge letting the setter read clamping pressure directly.
Supplies treated air to the filler, capper and labeler actuators on a bottling line, where the 40 um element keeps water and particulate out of the valves and the lubricator mists oil to the cylinders.
Prepares air for pneumatic nailers, staplers and spray guns in a woodworking shop, where the oil-mist lubricator keeps tool seals and pistons working and the regulator holds a steady working pressure.
Start with the port size: the 400 size carries a 3/8 in port, and the GC family steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 as port size and flow capacity rise, so pick the size that matches your line's air demand. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (this unit's default), automatic (code A) for unattended drains, or manual (code M). The filter grade is 40 um standard; specify code W for the 5 um element if downstream valves need finer filtration. Gauge style and scale are selectable (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar), and thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. A bracket is included on this configuration.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The low-pressure regulator type (code L) has a range that is not published in the same way as the standard type, so confirm its adjustment range with us as well.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and operating pressure and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, whose adjustment range is not published in the standard table, so confirm it with us. C2 means an external round gauge is fitted with a psi scale; the embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is the alternative.
