The AirTAC GC40015C2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC40015C2G is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one complete air-treatment set. This size 400 unit carries a 1/2 in port with G (BSPP) thread, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl. The standard regulator is fitted with a round gauge reading in psi, and the set includes a mounting bracket. It conditions compressed air in one pass: water and particulate are drained off, downstream pressure is held at the set point, and oil mist is metered to the air line.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options, drain types, filter grades and gauge scales, so an alternative configuration can be specified if this one does not match your line. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-15 filter, GR400-15 regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed where the shop air main feeds a machine cell, the set removes condensate and debris, holds the regulator at the pressure the cell was set up for, and meters lubricator oil into the supply for air tools and cylinders downstream.
On packaging and palletising lines with pneumatically driven gates and pushers, the combination keeps water out of the valve stack, pins the operating pressure against main fluctuation, and carries oil mist to keep cylinder seals and bore surfaces running smoothly.
Mounted at a plant air drop serving hose reels, impact wrenches and air ratchets, the three-unit set gives mechanics filtered, regulated and lubricated air at the bench, with the psi gauge giving a direct read of the set pressure.
Start with the port step: size 400 with a 1/2 in port suits lines running larger air consumption than the 200/300 sizes, but because flow in this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Choose the drain for the filter bowl: differential-pressure (as fitted here) dumps condensate when the pressure drop across the element builds, automatic drains continuously, and manual requires an operator. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code if finer filtration is needed. The gauge can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scale, and the thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT. A bracket is included; the J code omits it.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-15 regulator with a GF400-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this size 400 unit on request before you order.
The blank drain position in the code is the differential-pressure type: the bowl discharges condensate when the pressure drop across the 40 um element builds up. If your line needs continuous draining or a manual dump instead, the same size 400 unit can be ordered with the A (automatic) or M (manual) drain code.
