The AirTAC GC40015C2WG AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400 is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled into one conditioning station for compressed air. This GC40015C2WG is built for a G1/2 (BSPP) port, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) in place of the standard 40 um, drains its filter bowl by differential pressure, and is supplied with a round pressure gauge reading in psi plus a mounting bracket. The regulator is the standard type, adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At this 400 size the filter bowl is polycarbonate (PC), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, covering ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, with a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-15 filter, GR400-15 regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A half-inch F.R.L. station feeding pneumatic impact wrenches, nutrunners and clamping fixtures at an assembly cell, giving the line filtered, regulated and lubricated air at the point of use.
Conditioning the shop air that serves a machining centre's clamping, tool-change and chip-clearing circuits, where the 5 um element helps protect sensitive valves from finer particulate.
Supplying treated air to carton sealers, filling heads and conveyor stopper cylinders on a packaging line, with the lubricator keeping downstream cylinders and valves running smoothly.
Size and port step up together with flow demand: the 200, 300, 400 and 600 bodies cover ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, so choose the size whose published flow curve covers your air consumption at working pressure - we can check the curve against your figures on request. This unit is set up with a G (BSPP) thread; PT is the standard option and NPT can be ordered as a specification choice. Other decodable choices: drain type (differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic, or manual - note the manual-drain version widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa), filter grade (40 um standard vs the 5 um W element fitted here), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), and whether a mounting bracket is included. Ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-15 regulator with a GF400-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W in the model code selects the 5 um element; 40 um is the standard grade. Choose 5 um when downstream equipment such as precision valves or instruments needs finer particulate removal, and 40 um for general-purpose plant air. The drain on this unit is differential-pressure, and the round gauge reads in psi.
