The AirTAC GC40015C2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC40015C2WGK is a three-piece F.R.L. air-treatment combination: a separate filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one GC400 unit. It cleans compressed air of water and particulate down to 5 um (the W fine-grade element, finer than the 40 um standard), regulates downstream pressure across 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the standard regulator, and adds oil-mist lubrication for downstream air tools and cylinders. The G1/2 (1/2 in) G-thread port suits larger 400-size air lines, the differential-pressure drain bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow conditions change, the fitted round gauge reads in psi, and the built-in reverse/check valve holds the circuit against backflow. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filter elements, gauge scale options, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-15 filter, GR400-15 regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to workholding clamps and swing cylinders on machining centres, where the 5 um element protects precision valves and the psi gauge lets setters verify clamp pressure at a glance.
Supplies treated air to conveyor stopper gates, pushers and lift cylinders on a filling or packaging line, with the lubricator keeping cylinder seals and the check valve holding settings against line backflow.
Conditions the supply to a small pneumatic press or forming station, combining water and particle removal, stable regulated pressure across 0.15-0.9 MPa, and oil-mist lubrication for the press cylinder and its control valves.
Size and port step: the GC series steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in - match the size to the air consumption of the downstream circuit, and step up a size if the line runs near its flow limit. This unit is size 400 with a G1/2 (1/2 in) G-thread port. Drain choice: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic, or manual - differential-pressure drains condensate without attention under normal flow, automatic drains regardless of flow, and manual suits intermittent duty. Filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um fine (this unit, code W) where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. Gauge: embedded square gauge standard or external round gauge (this unit), with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread: PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-15 regulator with a GF400-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated-flow number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure and the air consumption of the downstream equipment, and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W in the code selects the fine 5 um filter element in place of the 40 um standard element. The 5 um grade suits circuits with sensitive directional valves, cylinders or instrumentation where finer water and particulate removal is wanted; the standard 40 um grade remains available on other GC configurations if your application does not need the finer filtration.
