The AirTAC GC600-20 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC600-20 is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator, assembled as one set for a 3/4 in PT port. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the filter bowl, an aluminium alloy bowl, a low-pressure regulator fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is also available in sizes 200, 300 and 400 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to 3/4 in ring-main drop points serving impact wrenches and nutrunners along a vehicle assembly line, with the 5 um element protecting downstream tools from fine particulate.
Supplies treated air to the cylinders and air-operated gates on a carton packaging conveyor, where the lubricator keeps cylinder seals running smoothly and the manual drain clears accumulated condensate at shift checks.
Conditions the shop-air feed entering a CNC machining cell: the filter removes water and chips-laden particulate, the low-pressure regulator holds a steady supply pressure read on the psi gauge, and the lubricator mists air for pneumatic tool circuits.
Start with the port step: size 600 with a 3/4 in PT port suits lines plumbed at 3/4 in; smaller sizes 200-400 step down to 1/8-1/2 in if your flow demand is lower. Choose the drain type for the filter bowl: manual drain (this unit) needs periodic draining by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. This unit carries the 5 um element (code W); the 40 um standard element is the choice where only coarse water and particulate removal is needed. The gauge here is the embedded square type with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are the other options. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. Note this is the low-pressure regulator type (code L); its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code GC60020MLF2WK specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate is drained by hand at intervals. Automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same size if you prefer unattended condensate discharge.
