The AirTAC GC600-20ALF2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination 3/4 in PT is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600-20ALF2WK is a genuine AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one 600-size unit. This configuration carries a 3/4 in PT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a low-pressure type regulator, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve, and an included mounting bracket. The size-600 bowls are aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options and standard or low-pressure regulation, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a working temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic impact tools and nutrunners on a vehicle assembly line, where the 3/4 in PT port serves a main drop and the 5 um element protects the tools.
Supplying the carton-forming and case-sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain handling condensate on a line that runs unattended across shifts.
Retrofitting the air preparation point on a workshop pneumatic press, where the low-pressure type regulator, psi-scaled gauge and check valve suit a circuit set well below full line pressure.
Size up by port and required flow: the 600 size with its 3/4 in PT port is the largest step in the GC range, so confirm your line demand against the published flow curves before ordering - we will check the datasheet with you. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (this model) suits unattended duty, manual suits periodic checks, and differential-pressure is the default. Pick 5 um filtration (this model) where finer particulate protection matters, or 40 um for general duty. The square gauge is fitted here with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options. Bracket included.
Note that this is the low-pressure (L) type regulator, so its adjustment range differs from the standard type; the exact range for this variant is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for the 600 size with a 3/4 in port before you order.
The L in the code means the regulator is the low-pressure type rather than standard, so its adjustment range differs; the exact range is not published on our sheet, so confirm it with us. The A means the filter bowl drains automatically, expelling condensate without periodic manual draining. This unit also carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard.
