The AirTAC GC600-25 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1 in, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600-25 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one 3-piece set. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 1 in PT port, the largest standard size in the family. The filter section carries the standard 40 um element with an automatic drain, so collected condensate is discharged without manual attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type and is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi; a reverse/check valve is also fitted to hold downstream settings when upstream pressure is lost. At size 600, the filter bowl is aluminium alloy. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is also available in sizes 200, 300 and 400 with smaller ports, PC bowls, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, embedded square gauges with MPa/psi/bar scales, and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-25 filter, GR600-25 regulator and GL600-25 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A high-volume packaging hall feeding 1 in air mains to case packers, labelers and conveyor actuators: filtered, regulated and lubricated air in one set, with the automatic drain handling condensate through long production shifts.
Large-bore cylinders and clamps on casting and material-handling equipment supplied from a plant ring main, where the low-pressure regulator setting, psi gauge and check valve keep downstream actuators held and readable at the cell.
A chassis line running impact wrenches, torque stations and pneumatic presses off a 1 in drop: the 40 um filter protects the tools, the lubricator mists them continuously, and the regulator holds a stable setting per station.
Step up or down through the GC sizes (200 / 300 / 400 / 600) against the port and flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size on a 1 in PT port. Drain choice is real: automatic (this unit), manual, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code. Gauges: an embedded square gauge is standard, an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit has the round gauge in psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-25 regulator with a GF600-25 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in GC60025ALC2K selects the automatic drain, so the filter bowl discharges condensate on its own instead of the manual or differential-pressure options. The C2 selects the optional external round gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are also available); the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting.
