The AirTAC GC60020ALF2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination G3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one supply unit. This configuration is the size 600 frame with G3/4 ports, so it sits on the main air line of a large installation where one supply point must deliver filtered, regulated and lubricated air. The filter element is the standard 40 um grade and its aluminium alloy bowl carries an automatic drain, so condensate is expelled without anyone opening the bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type and is set with the embedded square gauge supplied in a psi scale, and a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream conditions. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching port sizes, and options include thread choice (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain type, 5 um filtration (code W), gauge scale and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds impact wrenches, nut runners and clamping fixtures from a main header, giving each drop filtered, regulated and lubricated air from one size 600 supply point.
Supplies the pneumatic cylinders, grippers and pushers on a carton or palletising line, where the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the valves between shifts.
Feeds nailers, staplers and air sanders at a central woodshop manifold, with the lubricator keeping tool seals and vanes conditioned through the working day.
Step up or down through the 200 / 300 / 400 / 600 sizes to match the port and line size your flow demands; this unit is the size 600, G3/4 step. Choose the drain: automatic (this unit) for unattended condensate removal, manual for periodic service, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard here; specify W for the 5 um grade if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale is psi on this unit (MPa and bar scales are available), and the regulator is the low-pressure type - confirm the exact adjustment range with us, as it is not published in our sheet. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard and NPT is an order option. A bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code means the filter bowl drains condensate automatically, with no manual intervention. If your maintenance routine prefers scheduled draining, the same size 600 unit can be ordered with a manual drain (M) or the differential-pressure default instead.
