The AirTAC GC60020ALF2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC60020ALF2W is an AirTAC GC600 three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one supply package. This configuration is built for a 3/4 in PT port, with 5 um filtration (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard element), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the filter bowl without manual attention, a low-pressure type regulator, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. At size 600 the filter and lubricator bowls are aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread form (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to impact wrenches, nut runners and pneumatic clamps along a vehicle assembly line, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the tools during continuous shifts.
Prepares the shop-air supply for CNC machining centres and pneumatic workholding, where the 5 um element protects directional valves and cylinders from particulate and water carryover.
Supplies treated air to conveyor diverters, filling-head actuators and case-packing cylinders on a packaging line, with the lubricator delivering oil mist to keep high-cycle actuators running.
Step up or down through the GC sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in PT port. Choose the drain to suit maintenance practice: differential-pressure (default), automatic (fitted here) or manual. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code (fitted here). Pick the gauge style and scale - embedded square as standard, external round optional, in MPa, psi or bar (this unit reads psi). Specify the thread: PT is the standard, G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. A bracket is included with this unit; the J code omits it.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The GC series filter stage comes with a 40 um element as standard; adding W to the code specifies the optional 5 um grade. The 5 um element is the right choice when downstream valves, cylinders or air tools need finer protection from particulate, while the automatic drain handles the collected condensate. If your application is fine with the standard grade, order the same unit without the W code.
