The AirTAC GC60020C2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/4 Port is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC60020C2G is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This size-600 unit carries a G3/4 port with G thread, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and a round external gauge with a psi scale is fitted. Because this is the 600 size, the bowls are aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow figures for the GC series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so contact us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

At a full paint line, each booth drop needs clean, regulated and lightly oiled air so spray guns and air motors run consistently. This three-unit set conditions the drop in one assembly at the booth inlet.
Filler and capper conveyors run air cylinders all shift. A filter-regulator-lubricator at the header keeps water and scale out of the valves, holds a set pressure for consistent cylinder speed, and carries oil mist to the actuators.
Pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre need steady, dry, lubricated air to hold parts securely. This combination unit conditions the cell supply at the machine entry.
Size and port are the first decision: the GC range steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand rather than oversizing on guesswork. For the filter stage you can choose the 40 um standard element, the 5 um W option, and a drain type: differential-pressure (the default on this model), automatic (code A) or manual (code M). On the regulator you can specify a gauge and its scale (MPa, psi or bar) and, where offered, a low-pressure type. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this model is supplied with G thread. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, we cannot honestly quote one number here. Ask us to confirm sizing against your application and we will pull the datasheet curve for the exact size before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes GC-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Contact us with your application and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GC600 size on request before you order.
This model is supplied with the differential-pressure drain, the GC-series default: the bowl drains as the pressure differential across the filter builds. If you prefer hands-off operation, the automatic drain (code A) is available, or the manual drain (code M) for periodic draining; note that the regulator adjustment range differs by drain type (0.15-0.9 MPa for auto and differential-pressure, 0.05-0.9 MPa for manual).
