The AirTAC GC60020LC2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, G3/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
This GC series set is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator forming one complete air-preparation station. This GC600 configuration is built around a G3/4 (3/4 in) port with G (BSPP) thread, carries the 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), and uses the differential-pressure drain. The regulator is the low-pressure type, the reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted, the mounting bracket is included, and the supplied round gauge reads in psi. At size 600 the filter and lubricator bowls are aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge styles and scales (MPa, psi or bar), and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filtered, regulated and lubricated air at a controlled lower pressure for spray guns and air-assisted applicators on a paint line, where the low-pressure regulator type and 5 um filtration suit finishing work.
Feeds case packers, carton sealers and pick-and-place cylinders with clean, regulated, oil-misted air so seals and cylinders keep cycling on a high-duty packaging conveyor.
Supplies pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and air circuits on a machining centre with water- and particle-free, regulated and lubricated air from the shop compressor ring main.
Step through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the flow your line needs - at this size the port is G3/4. Drain choice is differential-pressure (standard on this unit), automatic or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, as fitted here. Gauges come as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this configuration carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and the mounting bracket is included with this unit. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code in GC60020LC2WGK marks the low-pressure regulator variant of the GC600. Its exact adjustment range is not published, so tell us the set pressure your circuit needs and we will confirm suitability from the datasheet before you order.
