The AirTAC GC60020LF2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC60020LF2 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This 600-size unit is fitted with 3/4 in PT ports, a 40 um filter element and differential-pressure drain bowls, a low-pressure type regulator with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a mounting bracket. Because it is the 600 size, the bowls are aluminium alloy. The filter removes water and particulate from the compressed air, the regulator holds a steady downstream pressure, and the lubricator adds oil mist for air-driven tools and cylinders.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or manual drains, MPa/psi/bar gauge scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the gripper and pusher cylinders on a bottling line, where the lubricator keeps cylinder seals running smoothly through continuous shifts.
Air preparation for the divert and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the regulator holding a steady downstream pressure so divert timing stays consistent.
A 3/4 in supply point in a plant maintenance shop feeding impact wrenches, grinders and ratchets, where the oil-mist lubricator extends tool life and the filter keeps rust and scale out.
Start with the port and size: this unit is 600 size with 3/4 in PT ports; smaller 200/300/400 sizes step down to 1/4 in and 3/8 in, so match the size step to the air demand of the machine. The regulator here is the low-pressure type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it against your working pressure with us before ordering. Drain choice matters too: this configuration uses the differential-pressure drain (the default), while automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are orderable options. The filter element is the standard 40 um grade; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in psi; external round gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and the mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for the GC600 size on request.
This unit uses the differential-pressure drain, the default for the GC series, which bleeds condensate from the bowls as pressure differential builds. If you prefer, automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain versions can be ordered instead.
