The AirTAC GC60025C2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. 3-Unit G1 (1 in) 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC60025C2WGK is an AirTAC GC600 three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one 3-piece set. This configuration is the 600 size with a G1 (1 in) port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and a fitted reverse/check valve. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the round external gauge supplied reads in psi. As a size-600 unit, the filter bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge styles and scales, thread options (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-25 filter, GR600-25 regulator and GL600-25 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding spray booths and paint lines where the 5 um element, regulation and oil misting together condition the air reaching spray guns and air-assisted applicators.
Conditioning the shop-air feed to a machining centre's pneumatic tool changers, clamps and coolant-spray actuators, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit.
Supplying regulated, lubricated air to the cylinders and air-driven grippers on a high-cycle packaging or bottling conveyor, with the 1 in port serving a main line drop.
The GC range steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, each with its own port: 06 is 1/8", 08 is 1/4", 10 is 3/8", 15 is 1/2", 20 is 3/4" and 25 is 1". Step up a size when the required flow outgrows the port; this unit is the 600 size at G1 (1 in). The filter grade is a real choice: 40 um is the standard element and 5 um (code W, fitted here) suits air that needs finer particulate removal. Drain type on the filter bowl is also selectable: differential-pressure (the default here), automatic, or manual. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge reading psi. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT available as order options; this unit is specified in G thread. A mounting bracket is included, and the reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted.
One honest note on sizing: flow for this series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-25 regulator with a GF600-25 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W in the code selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard grade, giving finer particulate removal. The C2 in the code specifies the external round gauge with a psi scale; the embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is the alternative.
