The AirTAC GC60025MF2WK AirTAC F.R.L. 3-Unit Set, PT1 in Port is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC60025MF2WK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This configuration is built around a 1 inch PT port and carries the 5 um filter element (code W) for finer water and particulate removal than the standard 40 um grade. The bowls are drained by hand via the manual drain (code M), the regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, an embedded square gauge on a psi scale is fitted, and a reverse/check valve (code K) is included. At size 600 the bowls are aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is supplied.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and G or NPT thread in place of the PT standard. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-25 filter, GR600-25 regulator and GL600-25 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed at the 1 in drop feeding a stamping press cell, the set filters water and 5 um particles from the plant air, holds the regulator at the pressure the press valves were set up for, and carries oil mist downstream to keep the press air tools and cylinders lubricated.
Mounted on the supply to a bottling hall conveyor section, the unit removes condensate and fine particulate before the air cylinders, regulates the supply to the pressure the conveyor controls expect, and mists oil into the air so the conveyor's pneumatic grippers and stops run lubricated.
Fitted at the wall drop of a heavy-vehicle service bay, the set cleans the shop air of water and grit, regulates it to the pressure the impact-wrench circuit is set for, and adds oil mist for the air tools, with the check valve holding the downstream setting against supply dips.
Step up through the GC sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) and their port sizes (1/8 in to 1 in) according to the air demand of the line - the 600 size with its 1 in PT port suits the largest supply mains in the range. Choose the drain type: manual (as here) needs an operator to drain the bowls, automatic drains without attention, and differential-pressure drains on a pressure drop. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer filtration. Pick the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), the thread standard (PT standard, G or NPT to order), and whether a bracket is needed.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-25 regulator with a GF600-25 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Send us your application's air demand and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: the bowls are emptied by hand, which suits installations that are checked regularly. AirTAC also offers automatic drains and the differential-pressure drain (the default when no drain code is given), so you can order a GC600 with either of those instead if the line is unattended.
