The AirTAC GFR200-06LJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200-06LJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates pressure in a single body. This 200-size unit has a 1/8 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, a 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a reverse/check valve. It is supplied without a mounting bracket, and the polycarbonate bowl gives a clear view of collected condensate. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale (MPa, psi or bar), PT, G or NPT threads, brackets and a check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for a machining centre's pneumatic clamps and chip-ejection cylinders: the 5 um element protects fine sealing surfaces, and the check valve holds the downstream circuit when supply pressure drops.
Low-pressure regulated air for a bench-top test rig or pilot-plant skid where instruments and small pneumatic actuators run on their own local supply; the square bar gauge gives operators a direct readout at the rig.
Air preparation for a carton-forming and sealing station on a packaging line: the filter removes water and particulate before the actuators, and the regulator lets line staff set the working pressure at the machine.
Choose GFR when you need filtration and regulation in one body. Step through sizes 200/300/400/600 as your port and flow requirement grows; this unit is 200 size with an NPT1/8 port. Drain options are differential-pressure (fitted here, the default), automatic, or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code - this unit carries the finer 5 um element. Gauges are an embedded square gauge (bar scale here; MPa and psi scales are also available) with an optional external round gauge. Threads: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options - this unit is NPT. Brackets are optional; this unit has none, and the L code marks the low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet curves and correct sizing for this unit on request.
This unit's drain is the differential-pressure type, the GFR default: it discharges collected condensate in response to the pressure differential rather than by hand. AirTAC also offers automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains on GFR units - tell us which you prefer when ordering.
