The AirTAC GFR200-06MJNT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200-06MJNT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure across a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration has a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, a 1/8 in NPT port, no gauge fitted, no reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um element, and gauge or low-pressure variants. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds and regulates the air to workholding clamps on a bench assembly station, keeping water and swarf out of the clamp cylinders while holding a set clamp pressure. The manual drain suits a shift-based bleed routine.
Installed at the drop point of a cartoning or bagging line to clean and regulate the air feeding seal jaws and diverters, protecting the machine's pneumatic valves from condensate and debris.
A compact filter regulator at the wall drop of a workshop bench, giving technicians clean, regulated air for impact drivers, blow guns and small air cylinders without a separate filter and regulator pair.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600 covers larger ports and more flow, so pick the size whose curve covers your machine's air demand at working pressure - we will confirm the curve against your application on request. Drain choice is real here: manual (this unit, code M) needs periodic bleeding, automatic drains continuously, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um standard; choose the W code for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. A gauge is not fitted on this code (N); gauge and scale can be specified on other variants. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is available to order. The J code means no mounting bracket is included - bracket variants exist. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Tell us your application's air demand and working pressure and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet curves on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl: condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl and is bled by hand at intervals. Automatic (code A) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are available on GFR variants if you want drainage without manual attention - just ask for the alternative code.
