The AirTAC GFR200-06MLJF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06MLJF3T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This 200-size unit is configured with a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, a standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square gauge is fitted and set to the bar scale, no mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option, and a choice of gauge scales and thread standards. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, regulated air to low-pressure actuator and clamp circuits on a packaging line, with the bar-scale gauge giving the operator a direct setting reference and the manual drain allowing water to be bled off during changeover.
Conditions the air feeding bench-top test rigs and lab instruments that need particulate- and water-free air held at a low, stable pressure, with the 1/8 in NPT port suiting the small-diameter tubing these setups use.
Supplies filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamping and ejector cylinders on an assembly fixture, where the manual drain bowl is serviced at shift start and the compact 200-size body mounts close to the tool.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest in the GFR range, so step up to 300, 400 or 600 if your line needs larger ports and more flow. Drain choice matters: the manual drain on this model means an operator opens the bowl drain to discharge collected water, while automatic and differential-pressure drains handle this without attention. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W option for 5 um filtration. The fitted square gauge reads in bar; MPa and psi scales are available, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is NPT here, with PT standard and G (BSPP) as order options, and brackets can be added where this one is omitted.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, and the low-pressure regulator range for this configuration is not published as a single number, ask us to confirm sizing and the regulation range against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated l/min or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code means the polycarbonate bowl has a manual drain: an operator opens it to discharge collected water, unlike automatic or differential-pressure drains which need no attention. The L means this is the low-pressure regulator type rather than the standard type; its exact regulation range is not published as a single figure, so ask us to confirm it for your setting.
