The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single compact body. This size 200 unit carries a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through. The polycarbonate bowl lets you see the liquid level at a glance, and the fitted round gauge reads outlet pressure in bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The regulator is the standard type with a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drain, different gauge scales, G or NPT threads and a mounting bracket. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, pressure-set air to the tool-clamp and chip-blow-off circuits of a small CNC machining centre, with the bar gauge giving the operator a direct outlet-pressure readout at the machine.
Conditioning the air that drives grippers and diverters on a carton packaging conveyor, where the 40 um element protects directional valves and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the line without daily manual draining.
Regulating supply pressure to bench-top lab equipment such as pneumatic sample handlers, where a compact 1/8 in ported unit with a visible polycarbonate bowl and bar gauge fits a crowded instrument panel.
Choose the size and port by the air consumption of the circuit: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, and larger sizes (300/400/600) step up both port and flow capacity. Drain options are differential-pressure (this unit, drains with flow), automatic, or manual; pick manual if you want positive control in low-flow duty. The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. The fitted round gauge here reads in bar; square embedded gauges and MPa/psi scales are also available. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is ordered with NPT. A mounting bracket can be added; this code (J) omits it.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
The C in the code GFR20006JC3T specifies an external round gauge with a bar scale. The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and round gauges with MPa or psi scales are available as order options - just tell us which scale you need when ordering.
