The AirTAC GFR200-08LJC2K AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator PT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200-08LJC2K is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 200-size unit is fitted with a PT1/4 (1/4 in) PT thread port, a differential-pressure drain in the PC (polycarbonate) bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, a low-pressure regulator type, an external round gauge with a psi scale, and a reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Set a stable, lower-than-standard regulated pressure to sealing, tucking or folding actuators on a packaging line, with the 40 um element protecting the downstream valves from water and debris in the shop air.
Feed filtered, regulated pilot air to pneumatically actuated process valves on a skid or manifold. The reverse/check valve holds the setting against backflow, and the round psi gauge gives a direct local reading.
Supply conditioned air to clamps and workholding fixtures at a low regulated pressure, using the 1/4 in PT port to drop straight into standard cell plumbing and the differential-pressure drain to shed collected water.
Choose the 200 size with its PT1/4 port when your line plumbing is 1/4 in and your air demand sits in the smaller GFR size step; larger 300/400/600 sizes give larger ports and more flow, which we can confirm against the published curves before you order. This configuration carries the differential-pressure drain (no bowl drain action needed until flow creates the pressure differential), the 40 um standard element (specify 5 um if finer filtration is required), the low-pressure regulator type, a round psi-scale gauge, and a built-in reverse/check valve that blocks backflow through the unit. The code J means no mounting bracket is included; PT thread is standard and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue options to order. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow/datasheet figures for this 200-size, PT1/4 unit on request before you order.
The C2 in the code specifies an external round gauge with a psi scale (embedded square gauges with MPa/psi/bar scales are the catalogue alternative), and the K specifies a fitted reverse/check valve that blocks backflow through the unit. Both are decode choices you can see in the model code itself.
