The AirTAC GFR200-08LJF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200-08LJF1WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 200-size unit has a 1/4 in NPT port, the finer 5 um filter element (code W; 40 um is the standard grade), a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and the low-pressure regulator type. No mounting bracket is fitted, and no reverse/check valve is included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 or 5 um elements, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the seal jaws and clamp cylinders of a bagging or wrapping machine, with the 5 um element protecting the small pilot valves downstream.
Supplies conditioned air to the diverters, stop gates and pusher cylinders along a conveyor line, holding the pressure the actuators were designed for at the drop point.
Provides clean, regulated air to test rigs and holding fixtures on a laboratory or quality-control bench, where the square MPa gauge gives a direct local pressure readout.
The real choices on this family: step through sizes 200/300/400/600 and ports 1/8 to 1 in to match the air your line uses; pick the drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual); choose the 40 um standard element or the finer 5 um W grade fitted on this model; select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar); and order PT (the standard), G or NPT thread. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type with no bracket; brackets are available on request as an option code. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your supply pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W code fits the finer 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, which suits downstream valves and actuators that need cleaner air. If your application is fine with 40 um, the same body is available without the W suffix.
