The AirTAC GFR20006C2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8" PT, Round Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006C2K is a GFR200-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in one compact body. This 200-size unit is threaded PT1/8 (1/8 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and drains condensate by differential pressure, so the bowl empties itself whenever the pressure differential is high enough - no daily manual draining. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and this configuration adds a K-coded reverse (check) valve plus a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The 200-size bowl is PC (polycarbonate).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, optional 5 um (W) elements, automatic or manual drains, G or NPT threads, and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to compact clamping cylinders and mini presses on assembly fixtures, where the check valve holds the set pressure if upstream supply dips.
Conditions the pilot air feeding solenoid valves and valve manifolds on packaging or assembly machines, keeping water and 40 um-scale particles out of the spool bores.
A tidy single-body supply point for test rigs, air tables and small laboratory actuators, with the psi round gauge giving a direct local pressure readout at the bench.
Size the GFR by port and expected air demand: this 200-size unit is the smallest step with a PT1/8 port, and the family steps up through 300, 400 and 600 for larger ports and flow. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Other real choices on this family: drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic A, or manual M), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um with code W), gauge style and scale (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), and bracket. This unit ships as specified with a psi round gauge and check valve fitted.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number for this unit. Tell us your port size, working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow-curve figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, allowing downstream air to back-flow through the unit. This unit has no drain letter, which is the differential-pressure drain: the PC bowl ejects collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential is sufficient, with no manual draining required.
