The AirTAC GFR20006C2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20006C2TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 200 unit has a 1/8 in NPT port, 40 um standard filtration, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a polycarbonate bowl. The fitted round psi gauge lets you read and set outlet pressure directly, and the built-in reverse (check) valve holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT/G/NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) filter element option, gauge style and scale, and an optional reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supply clean, regulated air to clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture, with the check valve holding the set clamp pressure if the main supply drops.
Feed a carton-sealing or wrapping machine's air cylinders with filtered, pressure-regulated air, the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Regulate air to divertors, stoppers and pushers along a sorting conveyor, with 40 um filtration protecting the small control valves downstream.
Start with the port and size: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port; larger sizes (300/400/600) step up port and flow capacity, so match the step to the air demand of the circuit. Choose the drain: this configuration uses the differential-pressure drain (default); a manual drain (M) suits intermittently used lines, an automatic drain (A) for unattended duty. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer protection is needed. The round psi gauge is fitted here; an embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale is also available. Threads come as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT - order the code that matches your piping. A bracket is included.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so the downstream pressure setting is held if upstream supply is lost. This unit also uses the differential-pressure drain (the default): condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is bled off automatically as air flows through, with no manual draining needed.
