The AirTAC GFR20006JNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, No Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006JNTK is a GFR200-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential rises, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the supply is lost. No gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is included. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl suits this 200 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional) and gauge. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the feed to clamping cylinders and tool-change actuators on a machining centre, with the check valve holding the clamp pressure if shop air drops.
Conditioning the instrument-air feed to pneumatic valve positioners and pilot actuators on a process line, where clean, steady low-pressure air protects the control loop.
Feeding vacuum generators and gripper cylinders on a carton packaging line, with the 40 um element stopping pipe scale reaching the small orifices of the ejector.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest in the GFR range; step up to GFR300/400/600 with larger ports where the circuit needs more capacity. Choose the drain to match the installation: differential-pressure (as here) for unattended bleeding, automatic for continuous condensate removal, or manual where you want controlled draining. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauge options are an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale - this configuration carries no gauge, so add one if a local pressure indication is required. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also an order option. Brackets are optional (not included on this code).
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant datasheet figures on request before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted. If you want a local pressure indication, order a variant with the embedded square gauge or the optional external round gauge, available with MPa, psi or bar scale.
