The AirTAC GFR20006LC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006LC1T is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This unit is built in the GFR200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, is the low-pressure type, and carries the standard 40 um filter element in a polycarbonate bowl with a differential-pressure drain. A round pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge and scale options, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filters and regulates the air feeding spray guns in a finishing booth, keeping water and debris out of the gun while holding the reduced set pressure the low-pressure circuit calls for.
Supplies small pneumatic cylinders and actuators on a packaging line with clean, regulated air, with the fitted MPa gauge giving the operator a clear set-point readout.
Conditions the compressed air feeding bench-top instruments and test rigs that run on low-pressure supply, combining water and particulate removal with pressure regulation in one body.
Choose the GFR200 size when your circuit is plumbed at 1/8 in; the 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and capacity. Drain options are differential-pressure (standard, and what this unit carries), automatic (A) or manual (M). The standard element is 40 um; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge scaled in MPa. Threads are PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. The low-pressure type (L) is the regulator variant for circuits set below standard pressures; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. Flow for the G-series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the sizing for your application before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, C1 specifies the fitted round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and the trailing T is the NPT thread. This unit also carries the standard differential-pressure drain and the standard 40 um filter element.
