The AirTAC GFR20006LJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20006LJC3TK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This configuration is the low-pressure type, fitted with a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a round external gauge scaled in bar and a built-in reverse (check) valve. The 06 port is 1/8 in NPT thread, the bowl is polycarbonate, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series runs from size 200 to 600 with ports stepping up to 1 in, and options across the range include 5 um filtration (code W), automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and mounting brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering the shop air and holding a gentle, stable setting pressure on a paint spray line, where fine low-pressure control matters more than high flow.
Supplying cleaned, regulated air to the clamping cylinders on a CNC machining fixture, with the check valve helping hold the circuit if upstream supply dips.
Conditioning air for the compact actuators and grippers on a packaging or labelling machine, where a 1/8 in port and low-pressure regulation suit the circuit.
Choose the size by the port and flow you need: this size 200 unit carries a 1/8 in NPT port, while 300/400/600 sizes step up to 1/4 through 1 in with correspondingly higher flow. Drain comes as differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M); filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. The gauge here is an external round gauge scaled in bar; an embedded square gauge and MPa or psi scales are the alternatives. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order. This code carries no mounting bracket (J). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so no rated flow number can be quoted here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
L is the low-pressure regulator type, J means no mounting bracket is included, C3 is an external round gauge scaled in bar, T is NPT thread (PT is the AirTAC standard; G is also available), and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. Ask us for the datasheet if you need the valve's exact behaviour.
