The AirTAC GFR20006LJF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20006LJF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air through a 5 um element (the finer of the two published grades, ordered with the W code) and regulates downstream pressure in a low-pressure configuration. This unit is built in the 200 size with an NPT1/8 port, the smallest port step in the range, and carries a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. A square pressure gauge with an MPa scale is fitted, and a reverse (check) valve is included so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and embedded square or optional external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this 200-size unit is polycarbonate. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds pneumatic clamps and soft-grip fixtures on a machining bench where the actuator circuit runs at reduced pressure and the 5 um element protects the clamp valves from water and fine debris.
Conditions the compressed air feeding a lab's bench manifolds and small pneumatic apparatus, filtering to 5 um and holding a gentle regulated supply via the low-pressure regulator.
Sits at the drop to a conveyor-mounted carton-sealer or labeller, giving the machine's small air cylinders filtered, regulated air with a check valve to hold position during supply dips.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 200 size with an NPT1/8 connection, the smallest published step, so match it to your line size and confirm the flow your application needs before ordering. The 5 um element (code W) suits air that feeds sensitive components; the standard grade is 40 um if coarser filtration is acceptable. Drain is differential-pressure, which discharges condensate automatically on a pressure differential with no manual intervention; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are the other published options in the family. The fitted square gauge reads in MPa, with psi or bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. The T in the code selects NPT thread; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also a catalogue option. This unit ships without a mounting bracket (code J) and includes a reverse/check valve (code K).
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your required flow and line conditions and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
W selects the 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um grade, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply fails. The drain is differential-pressure: collected condensate discharges automatically when the pressure differential across the element is sufficient, with no manual draining needed.
