The AirTAC GFR20006MJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006MJC1WTK is a size-200 GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single compact body. This configuration is built with a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl, a fine 5 um filter element, an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the supply drops. No mounting bracket is fitted, so plan to mount it inline or on your own bracketry. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator setpoint range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl keeps fluid level and drain status visible.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and is ordered with your choice of drain type (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge style and scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT), bracket and check-valve options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the shop-air feed to a CNC machining centre's pneumatic tool-change and clamping circuits, with the 5 um element protecting fine control valves and the check valve holding clamp pressure during supply dips.
Conditioning the air supply to the cylinders and grippers on a carton sealing or case-packing conveyor, where steady regulated pressure keeps flap-fold and taping action consistent shift after shift.
Filtering and regulating the low-flow purge air fed to a lab analyser or instrument enclosure, where the fine 5 um grade and a hand-set pressure from the round MPa gauge suit sensitive bench-top equipment.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GFR range, so size up to GFR300/400/600 if your line needs more flow or a larger port. Drain choice matters: this unit has a manual drain, which you bleed by hand, and it carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulating range; automatic and differential-pressure drain versions regulate 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Filter grade is your next call: 40 um is the standard element for general plant air, while the 5 um element fitted here suits finer downstream equipment. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a round MPa gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options - this one is NPT. Brackets are optional (this unit has none), and a reverse/check valve can be fitted as here. Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated flow number, so we do not quote a Cv or l/min figure. Send us your application details - required flow, working pressure and port - and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the size-200, 1/8 in port step against your demand before you order.
The M in the code means the polycarbonate bowl is drained by hand: you bleed accumulated condensate yourself on a maintenance schedule. Manual-drain GFR units carry the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulating range, whereas automatic-drain and differential-pressure-drain versions regulate 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). If you cannot guarantee regular drain checks, ask us about the automatic-drain variant of the same unit.
