The AirTAC GFR20006MLJC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20006MLJC2 is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This unit is built for a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port with PT thread as standard, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and uses a manual drain you operate by hand. It is the low-pressure regulator type and comes fitted with a round gauge scaled in psi; no mounting bracket is included. The polycarbonate bowl collects the separated water and particles.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (suffix W), gauge scale choices and G or NPT thread options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying filtered, regulated air to pick-and-place grippers on a packaging line, where the low-pressure type keeps delicate actuation circuits under gentle control.
Feeding air to spray guns or coating heads in a paint booth, where the 40 um element removes water and particulate before the air reaches the finish.
Regulating air to threads, rollers and jets on textile or converting machines, with the round psi gauge giving operators a direct local pressure readout.
Choose the size by port and flow: this 200 size carries a 1/8 in PT port, and stepping up to 300, 400 or 600 gives larger ports and more flow. Drain choice matters: manual (this unit) suits installations that are checked regularly, automatic suits unattended duty, and differential-pressure drains suit steady flow demand. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W suffix for a 5 um element when finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar (this unit: psi, round type), and thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and flow demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for this unit on request.
This unit has a manual drain you operate by hand, which suits installations that are checked regularly. The GFR series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains; if the unit sits where nobody drains it, ask us about those variants.
