The AirTAC GFR20006NWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006NWT is a compact size-200 filter regulator that cleans compressed air and sets a stable downstream pressure in one body. The 5 um element (the W filter-grade option) removes water and fine particulate, the differential-pressure drain bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and the standard regulator adjusts outlet pressure across 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). This unit has no gauge fitted, so add a separate gauge if you need a visual pressure reading. It carries a 1/8 in NPT port and a polycarbonate bowl, with a mounting bracket included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, and optional gauge and thread variants. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to a machining centre's pneumatic tool-changer and clamping circuits, where the 5 um element helps keep fine moisture and grit out of precision valves and cylinders.
Conditioning the air supply to conveyor diverters and packaging-head cylinders, holding a steady set pressure so pick-and-place and sealing motions stay repeatable through the shift.
Supplying clean, regulated air to laboratory autosamplers and small pneumatic fixtures, where the 5 um grade and stable downstream pressure protect sensitive low-flow actuators.
Start with the port step: this unit is 1/8 in NPT, the smallest GFR port, so size up to GFR300/400/600 if your line runs larger ports or higher air demand. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit) drains with flow, automatic drains on its own, and manual suits infrequently visited points. Pick 40 um for general protection or 5 um (this unit) where finer dirt and water carryover matter downstream. Note the regulation window of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) and decide whether you need a gauge and which scale (MPa, psi or bar). Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options; brackets are optional on some variants but included here.
Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot honestly quote one number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow data against it before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for GFR units as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that could mislead. Tell us your air demand and line conditions and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this 1/8 in unit against your application before you order.
This code carries the N gauge option, so no gauge is fitted; you can add a separate gauge if you want a visual reading. The drain is the differential-pressure type (the default), which expels collected condensate as air flows through, with automatic and manual drains available as orderable alternatives.
