The AirTAC GFR20008JF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20008JF3TK is an AirTAC GFR200 series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This configuration carries a 1/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is lost. No mounting bracket is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl lets you see accumulated condensate at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and is available with manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (code W), low-pressure regulation, gauge scale choices and G, NPT or PT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a pneumatic gripper circuit on a machine-tending cell: the 40 um element keeps wear particles out of the gripper valve, the regulator holds a steady gripping pressure, and the check valve keeps the part held if plant air drops.
Supplying divert air cylinders and pusher actuators on a packaging conveyor, where the square bar gauge lets the line operator verify set pressure at a glance and the differential-pressure drain clears condensate during normal running.
Point-of-use conditioning at an assembly bench drop: filtered, regulated air for impact drivers and air ratchets, with the 1/4 in NPT port matching standard drop hoses and the bowl catching water carried over from the main line.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/4 in NPT port; if your line needs more flow, step up to GFR300/400/600 rather than oversizing the regulator setting. Choose the drain to match attendance: differential-pressure (this unit, drains on pressure drop), automatic for unattended duty, or manual where an operator drains the bowl. Pick the 40 um standard element for general supply air, or the 5 um W element ahead of sensitive valves and instruments. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is bar), and the K option adds a check valve, as fitted here. Threads come as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT; brackets are optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet figures on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. It holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost, which is useful on circuits that must not lose position or clamping force. Units without K have no check function, and the drain here is the differential-pressure type, which drains automatically as pressure drops.
