The AirTAC GFR20008LF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20008LF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one compact body. This 200-size unit is built for 1/4 in NPT ports and carries the low-pressure type regulator, a 5 um filter element (code W, one step finer than the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, a fitted square gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds the set pressure if upstream supply is interrupted. A mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds bench-mounted pneumatic test rigs and lab apparatus where the 5 um element protects sensitive instruments and the low-pressure type regulator holds a gentle, stable setting read directly on the psi gauge.
Supplies fixture clamps and hold-down cylinders on a light assembly station, with the check valve keeping the clamp pressure in place if the upstream supply drops mid-cycle.
Conditions and regulates the pilot supply to process control valves on a small skid, using the 5 um grade and differential-pressure drain so the pilots see clean, dry, steady air without daily draining.
Start with size and port: the 200 frame with 1/4 in NPT suits compact circuits; step up to 300, 400 or 600 where the flow demand is larger, and match the port code (06 to 25) to your piping. This unit is the low-pressure type, chosen when the circuit works well below standard line pressure. The 5 um element (W) suits instruments, valves and coating work that need finer air than the 40 um standard; the differential-pressure drain needs no manual attention under normal flow. The square gauge is scaled in psi here, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are ordered as code options, as on this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure type regulator, intended for circuits that operate well below standard line pressure. It is a decodable configuration of this unit, not a standard-pressure GFR; if your circuit runs at conventional line pressures, ask us about the standard type in the same size.
